What we collect
- Your account email and name.
- Your state, when you choose it, so results can be relevant to where you live.
- Your quiz answers, if you take the "What am I missing?" quiz.
- Resources you bookmark, and steps you mark complete in the First 90 Days plan.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep only a record of whether your subscription is active.
How we use it
We use your information to run the app, personalize your results, and keep your subscription working. We also send email through Mailchimp, such as receipts and occasional updates. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
Cookies and analytics
The app uses the small amount of browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your place. We keep analytics minimal, limited to basic counts like how many people visit a page, so we can tell what is helping and what is broken. We do not run advertising trackers.
Where your data lives
Your account information is stored with our backend provider, which keeps it safe with encryption and strict access controls. Only the people who build and run Dixie's Door can reach it, and only to keep the service working for you.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account anytime. Email us at dixiesdoor@gmail.com and ask, and we will delete your account and the personal information connected to it. We will confirm when it is done. Some records, like receipts for payments, may be kept as the law requires.
Children
Dixie's Door is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Accounts are for people 18 and older, or for younger users with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 gave us information, please email us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and let you know by email or with a notice in the app before the changes take effect.
